  • Refund Policy: BDF Media offers a 14-day money-back guarantee for all purchases if it's not delivered only. After this period, refunds will not be issued.

  • Service Limitations: BDF Media does not guarantee specific outcomes, such as follower counts, engagement levels, or revenue increases. Social media marketing results can vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to audience behavior, algorithm changes, and platform updates.

  • Account Security: Clients must maintain the security of their social media accounts by using strong passwords and enabling two-factor authentication where available. BDF Media is not liable for any unauthorized access or security breaches of client accounts.

  • Service Availability: BDF Media strives to maintain uninterrupted service availability. However, we cannot guarantee that our services will be available at all times due to factors beyond our control, such as technical issues or platform downtimes.

  • Client Cooperation: To ensure the effectiveness of our services, clients are required to cooperate with BDF Media by providing necessary information, timely approvals, and access to relevant accounts. Failure to cooperate may result in delays or suboptimal results.
